Start a conversation.

Coincraft is for founders, funds, and protocol teams building serious decentralized infrastructure — systems where the economy, contracts, liquidity, governance, frontend, and audit path all have to make sense together.

This is bespoke work, and fit matters.

If someone sent you here, they probably know why.

What to send

Send four things.

  1. Project stage — idea, partial build, funded and ready, audit prep, or rescue situation
  2. Chain targets — L1, L2, omnichain, appchain, or undecided
  3. Timeline — raise, demo, audit, testnet, launch, internal milestone, or rescue deadline
  4. Existing codebase — no code, partial repo, live prototype, testnet deployment, audit findings, or production system

If someone introduced you, mention them.

What happens next

Three steps. No funnel.

I read the note directly

The note goes to me, not a sales process. If there is no fit, I will say so.

A short scoping call

The first call is a fit check: what are you building, what is unclear, what is already real, what is broken, and what kind of architectural ownership would actually help.

You receive a brief written scope sketch

If there is fit, I send a brief written scope sketch recommending one of the four doors — Clarity, Spec Freeze Sprint, Audit-Ready Testnet Build, or Rescue — what I think the project needs next, what I would not do yet, and where the risk lives.

See how the four doors work →

Fit
A strong fit
  • Funded protocol founders
  • RWA and asset-backed systems
  • DeFi protocols
  • Omnichain liquidity or governance systems
  • Teams preparing for serious audit
  • Funds with portfolio companies needing architecture-level help
  • Teams with broken or confused builds
  • Founders who need the system to exist, not just be described
  • Founders who want economic architecture and implementation held by the same mind
Usually not a fit
  • Simple landing pages
  • Generic NFT drops
  • Shallow token launches
  • Pure Web2 apps
  • “Just write these contracts” staff augmentation
  • Teams looking for the cheapest possible build
  • Projects with no appetite for architectural discipline
  • Founders who want to skip spec and “just start coding”
Prior Coincraft work

Since founding Coincraft in 2022, Austin has shaped token economies and Web3 systems for 50+ companies.

Prior work includes Heale, Kino, Pangea, Anyone Protocol, Altcoinist, Ready Games (later Play Network), Entangle, and ZeroLend.

What this costs

This is not a low-cost build path.

Coincraft is not priced like staff augmentation, template development, or a generic dev shop.

The price reflects one architect holding the whole system — economy through audit path — instead of vendors holding pieces of it.

Scope and investment are shaped in conversation.
